ESTIMATOR:

Full time position in our Altamonte Springs office to assist Chief Estimator/Construction Manager. Must be familiar with MSX Spread Sheets, MS Project Scheduling and Florida Building Code. The qualified applicant must be an organized team player, be able to take direction, willing to learn and have excellent communication skills.
Duties would include, but are not limited to: plan takeoff, secure subcontractor bids, review scopes of work, prepare budgets, prepare subcontract scopes, prepare owner contract scopes, and assist Chief Estimator in bid preparation.
