ORLANDO, FLA. - Altamonte Springs-based general contractor and construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. completed work on Legends at Lake Mary Apartments, Building 16, on Rinehart Road in Lake Mary, Fla., under its $1 million contract with Golfview Apartments, LLC. The two-story, 17,850-square-foot project was designed by Charlan Brock & Associates, Inc., Orlando.

ORLANDO, FL - Altamonte Springs-based Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. completed the new $9 million, 120-unit Marcis Pointe Senior Living Apartments in Jacksonville. Developed by NVC-103rd Street, Ltd. of Tampa, the three-story facility was designed by PQH Group of Jacksonville.

ORLANDO, FLA. - Altamonte Springs-based construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. is expanding its current workload at The Fountains, a Bluegreen Resort located on South International Drive in Orlando. Already under way on a $3.2 million contract for interior upgrades to 144 units in Fountains Buildings 2 and 5, the firm today announced it began work on Oasis Lakes at The Fountains, Building 4, consisting of a six-story, 36-unit renovation valued in excess of $1.1 million. Both projects were designed by Thomas H. Brown, Jr., Orlando.

ORLANDO, FLA. - Altamonte Springs-based general contractor and construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. broke ground on October 10 for The Grove at Isleworth's new 4,326 square foot Retail Building A in Orlando, under its contract with Windermere Property Holdings, LLC. Designed by Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Orlando, the building now under way at 9128 Conroy-Windermere Road will house Windermere Village Dental when completed in January 2012. The company's scope of work also includes related hardscape and site amenities.

ORLANDO, FLA. - Altamonte Springs-based general contractor and construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. completed the LA Fitness Hunter's Creek sports club remodel and 11,000-square-foot expansion located at 12700 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, Fla. Designed by Cuhaci & Peterson, Orlando, the 4-1/2 month construction project was successfully completed on time for LA Fitness' celebration event held on July 30.
