Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. Breaks Ground at Lake Nona Plaza for Modern Smiles Dentistry

ORLANDO, FLA. (May 21, 2013) - Construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. broke ground May 13 for the $1.1 million Heartland Dental Care Modern Smiles Dentistry at Lake Nona Plaza located at 13816 Narcoossee Road, Orlando. Designed by LMHT Associates, Durham, North Carolina, the 4,144 square foot dental office is a development of Professional Resource Development, Inc. and Heartland Dental Care, Inc., Effingham, Illinois. The project is slated for completion on October 3. Kennedy previously completed the $2.6 million Lake Nona Village Center, Building 10, including Annika Enterprises LLC's 3,082-square-foot global brand headquarters, led by golfing legend Annika Sorenstam.

SARASOTA, FLA. - Construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc., Orlando, completed the newly opened 35,000-square-foot LA Fitness Sarasota Parkway & Cooper located at 8502 Cooper Creek Road in University Park. Designed by ARC3 Architecture, Inc., St. Petersburg, the facility is the fourth LA Fitness project constructed by Kennedy this past year. In November, the building firm completed the new LA Fitness Tampa South, also designed by ARC3, as well as the new LA Fitness at The Groves in Windermere, Fla., designed by Cuhaci & Peterson, Orlando. Kennedy earlier completed the LA Fitness Hunters Creek remodel and 11,000-square-foot expansion in Orlando.

Kennedy, Inc., Orlando, broke ground January 7, 2013 for the new $9.6 million, 48-unit Banyan Grove Residences located at 5455 MacDonald Avenue in Key West, Fla. Designed by Thomas E. Pope, P.A., Architect, Key West, the twelve-building, two-story project is slated for completion in June 2013.

TAMPA, FLA. - Construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc., Orlando, completed the new $9.6 million, two-story LA Fitness Tampa South and adjoining four-level parking garage located at 301 S. Dale Mabry Highway. Designed by St. Petersburg-based ARC3 Architecture, Inc., the project consists of a 57,025-square-foot LA Fitness Signature sports club, and a 292-space, 97,787-square-foot garage. Kennedy also completed the new LA Fitness at The Groves in Windermere, Fla., designed by Cuhaci & Peterson, Orlando. Kennedy earlier completed the LA Fitness Hunter's Creek remodel and 11,000-square-foot expansion in Orlando in 2011.
